SOLDLINKED TO GAME:
For sale is a very nice Strikes ‘N Spares from Gottlieb. This game is in exceptional shape and ready to play for years to come. I’ve spent a lot of time over the past year bringing this game up to it’s current condition and shape, which is exceptional.
All the gold plastics on the apron and ramps have been professionally paint matched gold and clear coated, with new mylar installed on the wear areas. It’s a rich gold color, more in line with what I imagine they looked like 30 years ago before age and UV faded most of them. The apron and ramps match identically.
- Side art blades added
- New stickers all around
- Comet LED flashers installed
- New Gottlieb flippers with red rubbers installed
- The cabinet is in great shape with a couple minor scuffs on it (pictured)
- New mylar on the lower playfield
- The quad-opto board has been gone through by Chris Hibler, and 4 new opto-sensors installed on the ramps
- The ground fix was also completed, removing the common issues on these generation Gottliebs
- The playfield has the typical rub where a prior owner installed the wrong size flipper rubbers
- Two bowling championship rings added for some flare
- New chrome legs
- New balls, including the static ones on ramps
- Comes with original apron cards
- Includes original manual
Super easy pickup at ground level, I can package for transport as well for the right buyer. Available for play in Louisville KY area (47122).

Jam_Burglar Jam_Burglar Great mod! I highly recommend this one. As of the date of this review, I think this is the best Death Eater Airball protector available. I had another one but it shattered very quickly because brittle plastic just can't take the abuse this area gets. The ABS plastic used on this protector, on the other hand, has held up like a champ. My only suggestion would be to do a third design option: a plain
black version without any writing at all.
BSoulMan BSoulMan This is a good mod- looks like the train should had been there from the factory! There are two tracks you can get (if you want to include the passenger train, you'll need the LONG track). I may end up adding the passenger train as that will extend the mod on the plastic which may help prevent the ball getting stuck in the plastic above the shooter lane etc.

Pintermission Pintermission Should have been stock for home use. I get that operators may love a fat left drain to keep game income higher, but nimr0d's left lane fix is the best mod for Star Wars in a home setting. Really helps remove frustration by making the left drain similar to right, especially with a geometry that can randomly autoplunge to the multiplier targets richoceting straight down left outlane without this fix. Order 2: one to install and one to keep as
a backup. Thanks so much!

bjorg bjorg Frankly, this is how the game should have looked from the get go. Super easy to install. Just cut the adhesive into small strips. Two screws to undo for the big ring. That's all there is to it. Super trivial!
bjorg bjorg Love it. Looks like it should have been there from the get go. I found it easier to loosen the screws behind the backboard and remove the mirror with its bracket. Then replace the mirror and reattach. Took me 15 minutes because I like to be careful. Probably one of the easiest mods to install!
